Busy Shibuya Crossing Will Japan adopt Daylight Saving Time this summer
The time is ticking away while Japan needs to decide whether to adopt Daylight Saving Time this summer. Daylight saving time (DST) is the practice of advancing clocks so that afternoons have more daylight and mornings have less. The propose is to adjust the time forward one hour probably to start when the clock hits mid-night on March 31 and ends on the last day of September.

Kobe, a port city in Hyōgo prefecture in the greater Osaka area, is the sixth-largest city in Japan, home to around 1.5 million residents. The city of Kobe, with its prominent maritime port in full view, currently the fourth busiest in Japan, is situated at the foothill of Mount Rokkō. Due to its geographical challenges making flat land a scarcity, constructions of artificial islands have been carried to make up for what it is lacking. The Port Island, including Rokko Island and island of Kobe Airport to name a few, are built on reclaimation lands.

Keisei Narita Sky Access AE series 2400yen one-way on the new Narita Sky Access train to begin service in July
Keisei Electric Railway's new express service train, Narita Sky Access, will enter service in July, connecting Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station in Chiba and Nippori Station, downtown Tokyo, in just 36 minutes. It terminates at Keisei Ueno Terminal, one stop after Nippori Station, taking approximately another 2 minutes.
