AirAsia Tokyo Press Event Sep21 AirAsia to Fly to Haneda this December
Malaysia’s largest budget airline, AirAsia has officially announced today it will inaugurate three times weekly Tokyo Haneda-Kuala Lumpur service to begin in December 9. It will operate under its long-haul arm, AirAsia X, and plan to release its ticket at an introductory discount price of 5,000yen one-way for an economy seat leaving from Japan.
The 3-weekly flights will operate on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays under the midnight slots, departing Haneda at 23:45pm just before midnight, and scheduled to arrive in Kuala Lumpur at 6:30am early in the morning, allowing for many possible connections to other cities from its Kuala Lumpur base.

Continental Airlines (CO) newly introduced full-flat bed seats in the First Business class cabin on its Pacific routes. On the occasion of the introduction of the new seats, Dave Hilfman, Senior Vice President, Worldwide Sales, Continental Airlines, visited Japan and gave a product presentation on September 8. Speaking at the presentation, he said, “Japan is one of the most important markets worldwide,” which is why, he added, Continental Airlines puts the first priority for introducing the new seats on its Pacific route.
