Minato Kobe Fireworks Festival, Hyogo
The Minato Kobe Fireworks Festival(港神戸花火大会) is held in conjunction with the celebrating of the opening of Kobe Port.
Spectators can view newly designed fireworks, syncronised with the magical sounds of music for maximum dramatic interpretation. This event ends with an incredible, eye-popping underwater 'Star Mine', a rapid-fire succession of explosions that turns the ocean and sky painted vivid red in color. Many say it is one of the Three Best Night Views in Japan.
